FOX News jokingly suggests that Obama be assassinated. I say “FOX News” instead of “FOX pundit”, because FOX hasn’t denounced the exchange that took place on their show.

As if she were providing a punchline to that long-running propaganda campaign, Trotta made known that the conclusions the public should draw were (1) that Sen. Obama and Osama bin Laden are equivalent, and (2) they both deserve to be assassinated.

The most shocking part of this story is that the mainstream media hasn’t really covered it.

Something is terribly wrong with this country when a person can joke about a presidential candidate being assassinated on TV and no apology is give or action taken.

And this comes right after Hillary Clinton seemed to be saying that she wasn’t going to drop out of the race because, well, you know, candidates have been assassinated in June before:

“My husband did not wrap up the nomination in 1992 until he won the California primary somewhere in the middle of June, right? We all remember Bobby Kennedy was assassinated in June in California. I don’t understand it,” she said, dismissing calls to drop out.

As the article above says, Clinton apologized — to the Kennedys (!)
